Soya Lecithin is one of the high protein contain product extracted from Soya Beans, binds chemically with Cholesterol thus reduces the amount of Cholesterol from bloodstream. It is a rich source of Phospholipids; these take part in the breakdown of fat in the liver and emulsification of fat in food.
